Washington High School

On Friday, May 8th, members of the Washington FFA chapter competed in the Northeast Region FFA Leadership Development Events. Mason Friend competed in the Prepared Public Speaking contest with his speech on the importance of canopy cutting and placed third. Piper Stolipher competed in the Freshmen Creed Speaking competition and also placed third. Emmalea McNeely competed in the Upperclassmen Creed Speaking competition and placed 1st. Emmalea will represent our chapter and region at the state contest in July. Congratulations to everyone on a job well done.
