Washington High School has something to celebrate! Thanks to the hard work of our students, families, teachers, and staff, our chronic absenteeism rate improved from 25.96% during the 2024–2025 school year to 18.80% in 2025–2026.
This achievement reflects our shared commitment to ensuring every Patriot has the opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed. Every day in school matters, and this progress shows what is possible when we work together to support consistent attendance.
While we're proud of how far we've come, our work isn't finished. During the 2026–2027 school year, we'll continue building on this momentum by encouraging students to be present, engaged, and ready to learn every day.
